If you've lost your debit card or believe your card or checking account has been compromised, please lock your debit card from the app right away.

To lock your Empower debit card, please go to the "Banking" view in your app > click on "MORE" > and then select "Lock card." This will ensure that your current debit card is no longer active or usable.

After doing this, please reach out to support through the app or by email at support@empower.me and we will help get a new one sent out right away!
