If you are locked out of your account and need to reset your account password, please contact us at support@empower.me from the email associated with your account.

To protect your account's security and verify your identity, we will ask for a photo of you holding your ID with both your ID and face visible. 

While we recognize this is a serious step, we require the photo to make sure that your account cannot be compromised in the event that your phone has been stolen.

If you are not locked out of the app, but have simply forgotten your app password/PIN, please make sure to update to the latest version of the Empower app, and there should be an option to reset your password/PIN on the screen that asks for it.
